What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a team of operations associates, focusing on their development and engagement during shifts. You will be responsible for managing key performance indicators related to safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring that customer delivery promises are met consistently. You will build and execute productivity plans by reviewing forecasts and determining productivity requirements, collaborating with other leaders to balance workloads effectively.
You will play a crucial role in maintaining operational workflows, which include the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes. Your ability to analyze performance data will help identify areas for improvement, and you will implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. You will also lead large-scale projects that drive site and regional impact, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary tools for success.
What we offer
Amazon provides a competitive salary range of $91,000.00 - $136,500.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
