What you'll do

In this role, you will be an inspiring leader in one of the operational areas within the Fulfilment Center, such as Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, or Ship. You will work to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively. You will lead a team or a process from day one, providing guidance and support to help your team succeed.

You will be responsible for creating solutions to operational challenges and implementing best practices to enhance productivity. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams across the organization to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
