What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the technical team during your shift, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring equipment performance through visual inspections and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional maintenance as needed. Your leadership will guide your team in adhering to best practices and safety standards, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also play a key role in problem-solving to minimize downtime and ensure timely package processing. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of Amazon's operations, making you an integral part of the team's success.
