What you'll do
In this role, you will lead a maintenance team during your shift, ensuring that all team members have the tools they need to perform their tasks effectively. You will be responsible for tracking equipment performance through visual inspections and condition-based monitoring, scheduling additional maintenance as needed to prevent issues before they arise.
You will also support the continuous improvement of systems and standardization of processes across the EU network.
