What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a team during your shift, ensuring that all necessary equipment is available and functioning correctly. You will model best practices for safe equipment usage and monitor teams to ensure adherence to established processes. Your responsibilities will include tracking equipment performance through visual inspections and preventive maintenance tasks, as well as planning additional service activities when necessary. You will also supervise technicians to support their development and resolve equipment issues to minimize operational downtime.
