Who you are

You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with experience in managing teams. You understand the importance of safety, quality, and performance in an operational environment. You have a proven track record of engaging and mentoring hourly workforce, ensuring they are motivated and productive during their shifts. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can lift up to 49 pounds, as well as stand or walk for extended periods. You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with various support teams to meet business objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of hourly workforce, focusing on maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. You will support, mentor, and motivate your team, ensuring they are engaged and productive. You will manage safety and quality metrics, ensuring that customer delivery promises are met consistently. Collaboration is key, as you will work with support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources to develop plans that align with business objectives. You will also be responsible for understanding the operational workflow, which includes the first mile, middle mile, and last mile processes, ensuring that each component runs smoothly.
