What you'll do

As a Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead and mentor a team of technicians, ensuring they work safely and efficiently. You will collaborate with the Reliability Engineering Manager and Site Leadership to implement safety and compliance programs. Your role will involve organizing training programs to ensure sufficient technical coverage for shifts and supporting local projects as assigned. You will maintain a strong connection to the team by being prepared to work on shifts and actively participating in daily operations.
