Amazon is hiring an Operations Manager for their Delivery Stations in Nagoya to oversee logistics operations. You'll be responsible for managing inbound, outbound, and sortation processes to ensure efficient delivery services.

You have experience in operations management, ideally within logistics or supply chain environments. You understand the importance of last-mile delivery and have a track record of improving operational efficiency. What you'll do

As an Operations Manager at Amazon, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Delivery Station in Nagoya. You will manage the inbound and outbound logistics processes, ensuring that packages are sorted and dispatched efficiently. You will lead a team of managers and staff, providing guidance and support to achieve operational targets. You will work closely with the Site Leader to implement best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Your role will involve analyzing operational data to identify areas for enhancement and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
