What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance operations at Amazon's logistics center in Oelde, ensuring that all equipment operates reliably and efficiently. You will be responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance strategies while adhering to EU network standards. Your role will involve collaborating with colleagues to gather and analyze data, identifying opportunities for process improvements.

You will lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing them with practical guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
