Who you are

As a Shift Manager, you are prepared to take on leadership responsibilities after completing an extensive 11-week onboarding program. You will lead your own team, ensuring that customers receive their goods on time and in good quality. Your role is crucial within our global company, and you will work closely with your team on-site. You prioritize safety and compliance with environmental regulations, deriving actionable recommendations for process improvements based on key metrics such as safety, productivity, and quality.

You have experience managing teams of up to 100 employees, demonstrating effective resource and workflow management. Your ability to collaborate with various departments on-site will be essential as you participate in overarching projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction. You are committed to maintaining the highest safety standards across your location, conducting regular team meetings, and providing feedback to your staff and stakeholders.

What you'll do

In this role, you will work in one of our shifts, whether early, late, or night shifts, ensuring that safety standards are upheld at your entire location. As a shift leader, you will routinely conduct team meetings and engage in feedback discussions with your employees and stakeholders. You will leverage data analysis to influence operational decisions, striving for the best results for our customers. Your responsibilities will include planning and controlling internal processes, leading and training your team, and participating in projects that aim to optimize customer satisfaction. You will also be involved in cross-departmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
