What you'll do

As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives. You will play a critical role in maintaining customer expectations and ensuring that orders are delivered accurately and on time. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
