You have a proven track record of engaging and mentoring hourly workforce to achieve business objectives. You are physically capable of lifting up to 49 pounds and performing various physical tasks as required by the role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of customer service.
What you'll do
As an Area Manager at Amazon, you will lead a team of hourly associates, ensuring they are engaged and motivated during their shifts. You will manage key operational metrics including safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaboration with support teams such as Safety, Engineering, and Human Resources will be essential to develop plans that meet business objectives.
