What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly employees in one of Amazon's operations buildings. Your main focus will be on motivating and mentoring your team to meet operational goals. You will engage with your team daily, ensuring they are equipped to perform their tasks effectively. You will oversee the performance of your team, maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and productivity.

You will also be involved in training and developing your team members, helping them grow in their roles and advance within the company.
