What you'll do
As the Senior Manager for AWS Infrastructure Demand Planning, you will lead the demand and S&OP team, driving the supply and demand strategy for AWS's global infrastructure — your role will involve overseeing the planning and delivery of infrastructure capacity to meet the needs of millions of customers worldwide. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that all aspects of AWS infrastructure are aligned with business objectives, focusing on both GenAI and non-GenAI services.
You will analyze complex data sets to forecast demand accurately, ensuring that the infrastructure can scale effectively — this involves working with thousands of variables that impact supply chain decisions. Your insights will guide the planning process, helping to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs while maintaining high service levels.
In this role, you will also be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in demand planning and supply chain management — you will lead initiatives to improve processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
