Who you are

You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience and possess basic computer skills, including proficiency in arithmetic. You are fluent in Japanese at a business level and have over three years of experience in staff supervision or team leadership, managing teams of five or more. You have experience using operational management tools to execute tasks and improve processes based on data extracted from systems. You are committed to contributing to an inclusive culture and working positively within diverse groups.

What you'll do

As an Area Manager, you will oversee the logistics operations at our fulfillment center in Shinagawa, Tokyo. Your responsibilities will include planning and managing shipping routes and delivery schedules to ensure that millions of products are delivered efficiently and smoothly. You will collaborate with senior area managers to develop comprehensive operational plans that align with our logistics network expansion goals. You will also manage the staff responsible for sorting and shipping products, ensuring that shifts are organized effectively to meet operational demands. Regularly, you will assess workflow and staff performance, making adjustments as necessary to maintain productivity and safety standards.
