You are a proactive leader who can motivate and guide hourly associates, including Team Leads and Data Analysts, to achieve operational excellence. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with various support teams to establish and adhere to policies and procedures. You are committed to fostering a safe work environment and supporting safety programs for all associates.

You possess a keen analytical mindset and are adept at problem-solving — you can identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to streamline processes. Your experience in conducting shift planning and forecasting allows you to allocate resources efficiently and ensure that work is directed appropriately. You are detail-oriented and understand the significance of compliance with SOX regulations, ensuring consistency across operations.

What you'll do

As the Area Manager ICQA, you will lead and supervise a team dedicated to inventory control and quality assurance within the fulfillment center. You will coordinate operations in alignment with network strategies, ensuring compliance and consistency in processes. Your role will involve overseeing projects aimed at streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency, ultimately delivering the best results for customers. You will work closely with Operations and other support teams to influence and adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring that all associates are aligned with the company's goals.

You will conduct shift planning and forecasting, assigning and directing work to optimize productivity. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high-performance culture within the team, where adherence to policies and procedures is paramount. You will also be responsible for supporting safety programs and compliance initiatives, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all associates. Your ability to problem-solve and implement effective solutions will be key to overcoming operational challenges and driving continuous improvement within the fulfillment center.
