What you'll do

In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on high-priority projects that directly impact the functionality of Fulfillment Centers, Sortation Centers, and Delivery Stations. You will analyze data to identify operational challenges and propose solutions, collaborating with various teams to implement the most effective strategies. Your role will involve engaging with managers, stakeholders, and frontline associates to develop your communication and teamwork skills. You will be actively moving within the building to engage with different teams, ensuring that you are part of the operational flow and contributing to the best results for customers.
