What you'll do

As an Operations Supervisor at Amazon, you will be the first point of contact for team members during their shifts, providing guidance and support to ensure they perform at their best. You will measure and monitor workflows, tracking performance metrics and sharing critical information with shift and area managers to drive operational excellence. Your role will involve training and supporting employees to help them achieve outstanding results in their daily tasks.

You will assist shift and area managers with process improvement projects, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement. Collaboration with other departments will be key as you work to find solutions to common challenges and meet the needs of critical performance areas. Utilizing data analysis, you will identify opportunities to optimize safety, quality, and productivity, ensuring that operational goals are met consistently.
