What you'll do

As the Reliability Engineering Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for overseeing asset and spares management, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and available for use. You will lead the site-level implementation of the CMMS software, training the engineering team on its functionalities and best practices. Your role will involve compiling equipment information and performance metrics, allowing you to make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

You will manage the scheduling of preventative maintenance tasks, ensuring that technicians are assigned the necessary work to maintain high levels of equipment availability. Your responsibilities will also include screening work orders, identifying the scope of work, and analyzing the required level of planning to ensure efficient maintenance operations.

Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with the AMET team to align site practices with organizational standards. You will participate in improvement programs and projects aimed at enhancing the functionality of the CMMS and overall maintenance processes.
