Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in quality assurance and reliability engineering, with experience in developing methodologies and best-known methods (BKMs) for product design. You understand the importance of product quality and reliability validation (QRV) and ongoing quality monitoring (OQRM) in a cloud computing environment. Your expertise includes yield monitoring, statistical process control (SPC), and risk assessment, which are essential for ensuring high-quality product outcomes.
You are familiar with the AWS ecosystem and have experience working with cloud services, particularly in the context of specialized security solutions. Your analytical skills enable you to perform failure analysis and disposition of non-conformance events effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments and are eager to engage with cross-functional teams to drive product innovations.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the development of DFQR and DFT methodologies, ensuring that quality and reliability are integrated into the product design stage. You will conduct product quality and reliability validation activities, monitoring ongoing performance to identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve engaging with AWS customers to understand their specialized security needs and ensuring that our cloud services meet these requirements.
You will also be involved in the engineering of volume manufacturing processes, focusing on yield monitoring and the analysis of non-conformance events. Your responsibilities will include conducting risk assessments and implementing corrective actions to address any identified issues. You will collaborate closely with product development teams to ensure that quality standards are met throughout the product lifecycle.
