What you'll do

In your role as an RME Technician, you will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on a wide range of machinery at Amazon's distribution centers. You will respond promptly to equipment failures, conducting emergency repairs and diagnosing issues to minimize downtime. Your work will involve using cutting-edge tools to maximize the effectiveness of the machinery and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. You will also oversee apprenticeship programs, helping to develop the next generation of technicians. Continuous improvement will be a key focus, as you will implement key procedures across various European sites to enhance operational efficiency.
