What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing automated packaging and distribution equipment. You will work hands-on with various types of machinery, ensuring they are operational and efficient. Your role will involve diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime.

You will collaborate with other technicians and engineers to improve maintenance processes and contribute to the overall reliability of the equipment. Your insights will help shape best practices within the team, and you will have the opportunity to mentor junior technicians, sharing your knowledge and experience to help them grow in their roles.

As part of the Reliability Maintenance & Engineering team, you will participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing changes that lead to better performance and safety. You will also be involved in training sessions to stay updated on the latest technologies and maintenance techniques.
