Job Description
Who you are
You are a licensed pharmacist with experience in managing prescription fulfillment processes. You have a strong understanding of medication quality assurance and are adept at handling customer profiles in pharmacy management systems. Your attention to detail ensures that all prescriptions are processed accurately and efficiently.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with other pharmacists to ensure that all medication dispenses meet quality standards. You are committed to providing excellent customer service and are passionate about helping customers manage their health through effective medication management.
What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee the entire prescription fulfillment process, from initial order processing to final verification and packing for shipment. You will manage customer profiles in PharmacyOS, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will include verifying medication quality assurance for all dispenses and collaborating with your team to maintain high standards of service.
You will also coordinate prescription transfers and acquire new prescriptions, ensuring that customers have access to the medications they need. Your role will involve a focus on system-based verification and documentation, contributing to the overall efficiency of the pharmacy operations.
