What you'll do

As a Senior Certified Pharmacy Technician at Amazon, you will lead a team of Pharmacy Technicians in the daily activities of the Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. You will work closely with the Area Manager to plan work priorities and ensure that all necessary supplies are available for your team. Your role will involve driving customer excellence by reviewing shipment priorities and ensuring that the first-in, first-out (FIFO) method is followed at each station. You will allocate tasks effectively to maintain productivity and quality standards while supporting your team in completing their responsibilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for training new associates and providing ongoing support to ensure their success in the role.

You will also play a key role in maintaining a safe working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and encouraging your team to do the same. Your leadership will help foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the Pharmacy Fulfillment Center. You will be expected to monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to the Area Manager on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
