Who you are

You have significant experience in product management, ideally with a focus on technology and user experience — you've successfully led product initiatives that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction. Your background includes working with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality digital experiences that resonate with users.

You possess a strong understanding of the digital video landscape and the ability to analyze market trends — you can leverage data to inform product decisions and drive user acquisition. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with engineering, design, and marketing teams to create cohesive product strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of the Prime Video app experience, ensuring that it meets the needs of a diverse global audience. You will lead product development efforts, from ideation through execution, while continuously iterating based on user feedback and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and managing stakeholder expectations.

You will collaborate closely with technology teams to implement innovative solutions that enhance the viewing experience — this includes experimenting with new features and technologies to keep Prime Video at the forefront of the industry. You will also be responsible for conducting user research to understand customer pain points and identify opportunities for improvement.

What we offer
