What you'll do

In this role, you will lead initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce risk within the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation portfolio. You will work closely with various teams to implement process improvements and ensure that all mechanisms are centralized and adopted by global stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include managing ad-hoc projects that require effective communication and collaboration across multiple functions. You will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that enhance operational performance and customer satisfaction.

You will also be responsible for tracking progress against goals and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership. Your ability to communicate critical business needs and translate them into solutions will be key to your success. You will advocate for the team and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the strategic vision of the AMZL Process Engineering Innovation team.
