What you'll do

As a Principal Product Manager - Technical, you will own and define the vision and strategy for Alexa Communications, focusing on features like calling, texting, and emailing. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business intelligence teams to bring these features to market. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and pain points, ensuring that the products you develop resonate with users. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics and tracking the performance of your products post-launch.

You will lead the development of innovative communication experiences where Alexa acts as an agent for customers — this includes coordinating with various teams to ensure that the features are not only functional but also delightful to use.
