You are a dynamic technology leader with a proven track record in product management, particularly in enhancing user experiences. You have experience leading product and user experience teams, and you excel at defining and executing innovative initiatives that improve customer interactions. You are passionate about mentoring and guiding the career development of your team members, ensuring they grow alongside the projects you lead.
You possess a deep understanding of product and UX standards, and you are skilled at driving product roadmaps that align with business needs. You think big and are capable of building foundational solutions while innovating on customer experience. Your expertise is both deep and broad, allowing you to tackle Amazon's most challenging problems with a hands-on approach.
What you'll do
