What you'll do

As a Principal Product Manager - Tech, you will define and drive the technical product strategy for seller-facing systems that support scalable and fair IP enforcement. You will manage the effectiveness metrics and business impact of seller experience improvements across Amazon’s global stores. Your role involves creating, prioritizing, communicating, managing, and executing roadmaps for tools and messaging systems that support sellers through enforcement lifecycles. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to develop innovative solutions that enhance seller understanding and compliance with IP policies.

You will lead initiatives to improve clarity and consistency in how IP-related actions are communicated and remediated, ensuring that sellers feel supported throughout the enforcement process. Your work will directly contribute to strengthening trust in the enforcement process while upholding catalog integrity. You will also be responsible for analyzing user feedback and performance data to continuously refine product offerings and enhance user satisfaction.
