Job Description
Who you are
You have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, particularly in the financial services or technology sectors — you've successfully led marketing initiatives that drive customer acquisition and engagement. You thrive in environments that require creativity and analytical thinking, and you enjoy developing hypotheses for new messaging and advertising strategies. Your strong communication skills enable you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketers, data scientists, and product managers. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for experimentation, always looking for ways to optimize content and improve conversion rates. You understand the importance of regulatory and compliance requirements in marketing, especially in the financial sector, and you ensure that all messaging aligns with these standards. You are motivated by results and enjoy diving into data to analyze the performance of your marketing efforts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the roadmap for acquisition content optimization on Amazon's proprietary machine learning advertising platform. You will lead testing projects from end to end, focusing on all aspects of the acquisition funnel, including banners, marketing pages, and application forms. Your responsibilities will include building an annual marketing plan, championing marketing experiments, and continuously improving customer conversion through data-driven insights. You will collaborate with a team of high-caliber marketers, data scientists, designers, and product managers to execute your strategies effectively. You will analyze results from your experiments, share performance insights with leaders within Amazon and bank partners, and course-correct as necessary to deliver results. Your role will require you to balance creativity with analytical rigor, ensuring that all marketing content resonates with customers while adhering to compliance standards.
