What you'll do

As the Product Support Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of engineers dedicated to investigating and resolving in-service problems for Amazon Prime Air's drone delivery system. You will act as the voice of Prime Air's Commercial Operations, collaborating closely with design engineering staff to ensure technical reliability in drone operations. Your role will involve overseeing the development of prototypes for operational support equipment, driving innovation and efficiency in the delivery process. You will be responsible for implementing continuous improvement strategies, ensuring that the drone system design evolves to meet operational demands. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
