You have a strong background in program management, with experience leading cross-functional projects that require collaboration across various teams. You are detail-oriented and a self-starter, capable of anticipating and resolving bottlenecks while balancing business needs with technical constraints. Your experience includes hands-on work in stakeholder engagement and regulatory research, particularly in the area of workplace health and safety. You are adept at using data analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards.
Desirable
Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with WHS regulations and standards. You may also have a background in technical writing, which enhances your ability to document processes and procedures effectively.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the execution of workplace health and safety programs, focusing on continuous improvement initiatives. You will gather and analyze business requirements, develop project milestones, and assemble the right teams to ensure successful project delivery.
