You have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising and are passionate about helping customers leverage advertising platforms effectively. You excel in customer-facing roles and have experience working with programmatic trading desks, agencies, or advertisers. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and product, to address customer needs and drive product improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. You are data-driven and can analyze performance metrics to inform strategies and solutions.
What you'll do
As a Programmatic Solutions Analyst, you will manage the overall customer experience for enterprise clients using Amazon's Demand Side Platform (DSP). You will work closely with programmatic traders at agencies and advertisers to ensure they are proficient in using the platform. Your role involves acting as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the product based on customer insights. You will conduct training sessions and workshops to educate clients on best practices and strategies for maximizing their advertising outcomes.
