Your experience includes managing large and medium-scale projects, where you have successfully executed various formats, including green field and brown field projects. You are adept at value management and understand the nuances of capacity expansion and facility relocation as per business requirements.

Desirable

Experience with AutoCAD is a plus, as it will aid in your ability to visualize and communicate project designs effectively. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies will enhance your ability to lead teams and manage timelines efficiently. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the planning and execution of building projects across North India, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time and meet the highest standards of safety and engineering practices. You will collaborate with the Real Estate team for site selection and conduct due diligence through site inspections. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, while also ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

You will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress and addressing any issues that arise during execution. Your role will involve coordinating with various teams, including design, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project delivery. You will also be responsible for conducting risk assessments and implementing mitigation strategies to address potential challenges.

As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in setting up new centers and expanding existing facilities.
