Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leading complex, large-scale construction projects across North America. You have a strong background in construction management and possess demonstrated leadership capabilities, enabling you to influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels. Your strategic planning skills are top-notch, allowing you to drive initiatives effectively and guide program-level decisions that affect multiple projects.
You excel in overseeing a diverse range of projects, including new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives. Your expertise encompasses all aspects of project delivery, from site selection through contract execution. You are adept at establishing project parameters, including scope, budget, and scheduling, while managing and communicating potential risks effectively.
Your ability to lead all pre-construction and construction phases is complemented by your skills in managing planning, design, budgets, and schedules. You thrive in collaborative environments, orchestrating stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful project delivery from inception through closeout. You are willing to travel up to 60% of the time and are open to relocating within a reasonable commuting distance of the office.
Desirable
Experience with standardization of processes and driving strategy for multiple complex initiatives is a plus. You are familiar with industry best practices and have a keen eye for detail, ensuring that all projects meet high standards of quality and efficiency.
