Who you are

You have 2+ years of team management experience, demonstrating your ability to lead and influence a team effectively. Your knowledge of the Windows desktop environment, including proficiency in tools like Word and Excel, allows you to navigate the technical aspects of quality assurance seamlessly. You are experienced in using data to influence business decisions, showcasing your analytical skills and understanding of operational metrics.

You possess a strong understanding of manual testing processes, including regression and new feature testing, which enables you to provide valuable insights into test coverage and quality assurance practices. Your ability to prepare knowledge-management documents reflects your commitment to continuous improvement and team development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a point of contact for one or more components or features, ensuring that test cases are maintained without ambiguity and that all clarifications filed by the team are addressed. You will represent the team’s bugs in triage meetings, providing complete context and details as required. Your responsibilities will also include performing root cause analysis and providing data to managers for issues and escalations in your area of scope.

You will be actively involved in training and knowledge management within the team, helping associates understand the product and ensuring that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed. Your recommendations for improvements will be crucial in partnering with stakeholders and team members to build effective solutions that enhance the quality of services provided.
