You have experience in high volume hiring and understand the nuances of recruiting for hourly positions. You work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, ensuring a ready-to-hire pipeline at all times. You are familiar with recruiting policies and procedures, and you enforce consistency in their application. You thrive in a collaborative team environment and are committed to delivering quality-driven service to internal customers.
Desirable
Experience in recruiting for customer service roles is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis to identify market trends and operational efficiencies will help you excel in this role. You are proactive in seeking out innovative recruiting strategies and are comfortable participating in job fairs and other candidate engagement events.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the execution of the full cycle recruiting process for high volume hourly Customer Service Associate positions. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, creating job postings, and tracking applications to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates. You will collaborate with various support areas to ensure that hiring is completed effectively and that candidates have a positive experience. You will implement and enforce recruiting policies and procedures, ensuring consistency across all hiring efforts. Additionally, you will coordinate and participate in recruiting programs and events, such as job fairs and university hiring initiatives, to attract top talent.
