What you'll do

In your role as an RME Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of planned preventative maintenance tasks to ensure that all equipment is functioning safely and effectively. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions as quickly as possible to minimize downtime. Your day-to-day tasks will include maintaining various types of machinery, performing routine checks, and ensuring compliance with health and safety policies.

You will also have the opportunity to work on continuous improvement projects, rolling out best practices across multiple EU sites. Your contributions will help boost the availability and quality of equipment, directly impacting the operational efficiency of the warehouse. You will be expected to communicate effectively with your team and provide support to apprentices, fostering a collaborative work environment.
