You are committed to upholding health and safety best practices and are eager to support the development of on-site apprentices. You thrive in an on-site environment, where you can respond quickly to machinery issues and ensure that equipment is functioning safely and effectively. You have a hands-on approach to maintenance tasks, which may include painting and plumbing, and you are comfortable liaising with contractors when external expertise is needed. Your ability to suggest long-term improvements showcases your commitment to enhancing the operational environment.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for carrying out planned preventative maintenance on site equipment to ensure it operates safely and efficiently. You will respond promptly to breakdowns, investigating issues and implementing solutions as quickly as possible. Your proactive approach will help minimize machine downtime and boost the availability and quality of equipment. You will also play a key role in supporting the development of apprentices on-site, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their roles.

You will work on continuous improvement projects, collaborating with your team to roll out best practices across a range of EU sites. Your commitment to health and safety will be paramount as you uphold all policies and practices in your daily tasks. By maintaining a safe working environment, you will contribute to the overall success of the RME team and Amazon's operations.
