Your experience in the ecommerce payments space, along with previous trust and safety experience, makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are capable of making independent decisions with a high degree of accuracy and have excellent judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with department management, risk analysts, and customers.
What you'll do
As an Investigation Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of duties related to the investigation and elimination of online ecommerce risks. You will authenticate customers and complex transactions using your problem-solving and analytical skills. Your role will involve frequent communication with various stakeholders, including risk engineers and third parties, to accomplish departmental goals. You will be evaluated on your productivity and quality assurance, contributing to the overall development of the department. You will work under limited supervision, making decisions independently and ensuring that you meet the high standards expected by Amazon.
