Job Description
Who you are
You have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration, demonstrating a strong understanding of Salesforce fundamentals. You are eager to grow into system-level and platform engineering roles, showcasing your ability to design and maintain scalable solutions that enhance business workflows.
Your expertise includes developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Triggers, and SOQL. You are skilled in configuring core Salesforce features such as objects, fields, validation rules, approval processes, and page layouts, ensuring data integrity and performance.
You have experience managing profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and role hierarchies to enforce secure and compliant access. Your ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive sustainable fixes is a key asset.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Salesforce solutions that power critical seller and internal workflows. You will configure core Salesforce features and design scalable data models, ensuring data integrity and reliability. Your role will involve supporting Salesforce integrations using APIs, Platform Events, and standard connectors to enhance system capabilities.
You will automate business workflows using Flows and Apex, significantly reducing manual effort and improving efficiency across teams. Additionally, you will support releases, deployments, and sandbox management, ensuring smooth transitions and operational excellence.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of seller operations, driving growth and success for Amazon Seller Services India.
