What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of Salesforce and AWS systems. You will provide technical support to resolve customer inquiries and issues related to these platforms. Your responsibilities will include setting up and configuring Salesforce customer accounts, maintaining and improving existing applications, and implementing changes to enhance functionality. You will develop requirements and specifications to meet customer needs and ensure timely installation, configuration, and testing of new applications and software. Additionally, you will create and execute effective system maintenance plans to ensure optimal performance.
