What you'll do

In this role, you will drive and implement site-level security improvements and process optimization initiatives. You will support the resilience of business operations by contributing to emergency and crisis planning for sites within your area. Your responsibilities will include identifying vulnerabilities related to loss and associate experience, and defining appropriate mitigating actions. You will serve as the point of contact for coordinating risk management measures with local management and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into the operational processes. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and assessment of security protocols to adapt to changing circumstances and threats. You will also be responsible for training staff on security best practices and ensuring that all team members understand their roles in maintaining a secure environment.
