What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the Security and Loss Prevention team, providing end-to-end services across all assigned operational business units. You will actively monitor and report on systems and tools that generate data indicating site and regional opportunities for improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing investigations related to theft, fraud, and workplace violence, preparing prompt reports, and ensuring that all actions comply with legal and ethical standards.

You will also be responsible for identifying and promoting security best practices, working closely with internal customers to evaluate current and future security needs. Your role will involve domestic regional travel up to 50% of the time, allowing you to engage with various sites and ensure that security measures are effectively implemented. You will be expected to lift up to 49 pounds and work in environments with varying noise levels and temperatures.
