What you'll do
In this role, you will support the resilience of Amazon's business operations by contributing to emergency and crisis planning for the locations under your responsibility. You will play a key role in identifying vulnerabilities related to loss prevention and employee experience, defining appropriate remediation measures while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. As a point of contact, you will coordinate risk management actions with local management and external parties, such as law enforcement and industry associations, on all security-related matters.
You will ensure that the assigned locations meet Amazon's global security standards, taking ownership of local, regional, and national projects related to security and loss prevention. Your expertise will help create a safe working environment for employees and protect the company's assets. You will also be involved in training and educating staff on security protocols, fostering a culture of safety and awareness throughout the organization.
