What you'll do

As a Loss Prevention Manager, you will be accountable for the performance of Security and Loss Prevention within your cluster. You will implement strategic initiatives set by regional leadership and ensure that security services are delivered consistently across operational sites. Your role will involve leading and developing a team of security professionals, ensuring they are equipped to handle various security challenges. You will conduct regular site audits and ensure compliance with security protocols. Engaging with senior management will be crucial as you identify opportunities to support and enhance security measures across your cluster. You will also manage risks related to prevention, intervention, and investigation, ensuring that your team is prepared to respond effectively to any incidents.
