What you'll do

As the Security and Loss Prevention Manager, you will lead the effort to provide security services and asset protection across your designated area. You will engage with various stakeholders to identify leading indicators of loss prevention risk and educate them on the appropriate escalation paths. Your role will involve promoting and implementing security best practices, ensuring that all internal and external partners are aligned with the organization's security objectives.

You will be responsible for analyzing current security services and processes, making recommendations for improvements, and driving the implementation of innovative security solutions. You will also report to the Cluster Loss Prevention Manager, supporting them in their efforts to maintain a secure environment for both employees and customers.
