Your ability to work collaboratively with various teams, including Cluster Security Managers and Operations Teams, ensures that security standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. You are comfortable managing contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with security protocols during construction phases.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey security requirements and updates to stakeholders at all levels. Your proactive approach to staying informed about new technology developments enhances the security posture of AWS data centers. You are willing to engage in all aspects of the project, from system design to maintenance and upgrades, demonstrating your commitment to security excellence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and installation of physical security systems, including Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and CCTV Surveillance systems. You will conduct continuous reviews of existing security standards and implement improvements based on the latest technology trends. Collaborating closely with the Cluster Security Managers, you will translate operational requirements into actionable security system designs, ensuring that all AWS data centers in your region are equipped with state-of-the-art security measures.

You will oversee the construction and deployment of physical security packages, managing contractors and vendors to ensure compliance with security standards. Your role will involve regular communication with internal customers to understand their security needs and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and upgrading security systems throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that AWS facilities remain secure and resilient against potential threats.
