You have a proven track record in marketing, particularly in category management, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and engagement. You possess excellent analytical skills, allowing you to dive deep into data and derive actionable insights that inform your marketing strategies.
Your experience includes a comprehensive understanding of various traffic-driving mechanisms, such as search, social media, push notifications, and email marketing. You are adept at optimizing these channels to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with internal teams and external brands to execute successful marketing campaigns.
What you'll do
As the Senior Category Marketing Manager, you will own all key traffic drivers for the Consumables category, acting as an advocate for the category with central traffic teams. You will analyze customer cohorts and implement initiatives aimed at improving growth metrics across key segments. Your role will involve conducting in-depth analyses of site initiatives and developing style guidelines and merchandising calendars to enhance the customer experience.
You will collaborate with internal teams to drive experiments on brand-funded campaigns, gamification, and influencer marketing, ensuring that all initiatives are aligned with the overall marketing strategy. Regular audits of the traffic funnel will be part of your responsibilities, providing insights on gaps to topline goals and helping to shape future marketing efforts.
