You have 3+ years of experience in finance, tax, or a related analytical field — you've developed strong analytical skills that allow you to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for business partners. Your educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical discipline, equipping you with the foundational knowledge necessary for this role.
You excel at stakeholder management and thrive in environments with competing priorities — your ability to communicate effectively with various teams ensures that financial strategies align with business objectives. You are highly analytical and detail-oriented, which allows you to manage large budgets and develop forecasting models that drive financial excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a $500MM budget across multiple cost categories, ensuring that financial resources are allocated efficiently. You will develop forecasting models and partner with business teams to evaluate financial trade-offs, balancing operational efficiency with strategic growth investments. Your responsibilities will include leading automation efforts of critical processes and synthesizing complex data into actionable insights for business partner teams.
You will take on ambiguous challenges and develop frameworks with KPIs to measure success, ensuring that the Core Shopping organization optimizes costs while scaling innovative customer experiences. Additionally, you will lead monthly, quarterly, and annual planning and forecasting cycles, providing insights that directly influence how the organization operates.
