What you'll do

As the Amazon Leo Product Counsel, you will provide strategic legal counsel to the Leo team, guiding them through product development and advising on legal issues globally. You will develop innovative legal strategies that balance risk management with the need for business agility, ensuring that the team can quickly adapt and respond to market demands. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to create processes and frameworks that support rapid technological advancements while addressing legal and regulatory challenges. You will also be responsible for supporting global product development with comprehensive legal insights, ensuring that all aspects of the product comply with relevant laws and regulations. Your work will require some travel, both domestic and international, to engage with teams and stakeholders across different regions.
